Upon reviewing articles on the Internet, I keep reading about the same residents of Helena and all that the do for the community.  I read an article in which Thrive was to hire two interns from a grant given to their organization.  In an interview given by one of the co-founders recently they speak of bring people from Indiana to work under the 501 3(c) umbrella.  With a college located in our community I cannot understand why they did not hire from within the community.  Using our best natural resource 'our citizens' to fill new job openings that are made available.

It is hard to get ahead in Helena unless you are part a small group of people which try to control the community.  If you do not follow their instructions, obtain their approval, and or worship the ground they walk on you are an outsider or labeled a troublemaker.  This part of the community all sit on each others committees, share grant money, hire one another, hire friends, etc.

In order for our Community to make a strong comeback we must hire from within before out sourcing labor for the community.
