Found another non-profit in Helena, Arkansas.....Phillips County Development Foundation. Upon reviewing what their mission all I could find out was that under government headings they are listed as Financial / Holding -Companies. Officers appear to be the same as Phillips County Chamber of Commerce. I have asked questions and researched and not been able to determine what services are they providing Phillips County? The address is for the Chamber of Commerce offices. When is their next meeting, would love to attend.
