KIPP DELTA JANUARY BOARD MEETING

Per an email from Carissa Goodwin the notes below are incorrect.  I obtained the notes from the KIPP Delta Website under Board Meeting Minutes and were directly downloaded from their site.  I printed a copy and compared what is posted on their website today and what was posted on WTF Helena and cannot find any differences.  I have requested a copy of the corrected minutes in which I would gladly post.  Thank you.
